cubed melons

We’ve all probably seen the phenomenon that is the cubed watermelon. Grown by using a special mold when the fruit is still growing, the melon forms a perfectly spectacular cube and is still perfectly edible.

However, a farm in California is causing quite a stir over in America with their other unusually shaped fruits?

Cinagro Farms (that’s ‘organic’ spelled backwards by the way) set out with a mission. To form some of the weirdest shaped fruits known to man. This is what they came up with:

The heart watermelon is a charming little piece of fruit, again, still edible. Perfect to give to a loved one or friend.

But they didn’t stop there, the farm also produces melons with your company brand on to show off.

Although, this isn’t the weirdest (or coolest) yet, behold, the Frankenstein pumpkin!

and a melon one!

Here at Fruitrunner we’ll be interested to see what these guys come up with in the future…
